Ben Paulson
Tutor Coordinator
Ben Paulson is the Tutor Coordinator for Tutor Doctor Albuquerque. Hailing from the frozen land of Minnesota, he enjoys the warm culture his colleagues provide every day. With experience in both business and academics, he stands ready to create a successful learning experience for every family.
Henry Rivera
Community Engagement Manager
Henry Rivera serves as the Community Engagement Manager for Tutor Doctor Albuquerque, building strong partnerships with schools, families, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout New Mexico. Passionate about education and student success, Henry works to connect families with educational resources and support systems that help students grow academically and confidently.
With extensive experience in community outreach, public relations, education support, and event coordination, Henry has participated in more than 200 statewide educational and community events across New Mexico and coordinated over 500 events internationally.
His professional background also includes serving as the personal manager of television star Fred “ReRun” Berry from the hit TV show What’s Happening! where he helped coordinate motivational outreach programs and support the nationally recognized anti-drug campaign “Say No to Drugs.”
At Tutor Doctor, Henry believes that education, encouragement, and meaningful community partnerships have the power to positively impact and change the trajectory of a student’s life — “One Session at a Time.”
Priscilla Otero-DiPaolo
Community Engagement Coordinator
Priscilla Otero-DiPaolo serves as Coordinator and Community Engagement Liaison for Tutor Doctor of Albuquerque. She brings over 15 years of experience in education, community relations, and program coordination, specializing in partnerships between schools, families, and service providers.
Her professional background includes roles in program management, family outreach, and administrative coordination across the education and nonprofit sectors. Priscilla’s skill set includes bilingual communication, stakeholder engagement, and compliance reporting.
In her APS role, Priscilla manages communication between families, school administrators, and Tutor Doctor staff. She leads enrollment coordination, family events, and outreach initiatives designed to strengthen school–community partnerships and ensure equitable access for all students.
Qari Booth, M.A.
Education Specialist & Instructional Lead
Qari Booth is Tutor Doctor Albuquerque’s Education Specialist, leading the integration of evidence-based curriculum and cognitive science-informed assessment across all APS sites. She holds a Master’s in Educational Psychology and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Biology, Psychology, and Special Education) from the University of New Mexico.
With over 10 years of experience in educational neuroscience, instructional design, and cognitive assessment, Qari ensures programs are tailored to diverse learner profiles. She oversees the implementation of MindPrint and Let’s Go Learn (LGL) diagnostics, designs professional development for tutors, and supports alignment with APS academic standards.
Her areas of specialization include executive function coaching, data analysis, educational technology, inclusive curriculum design, and program evaluation. Qari’s work ensures that each student’s individualized learning plan is grounded in cognitive insight, fostering measurable academic and personal growth.
